By accessing or using the DraxRead platform, web application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
2. User Accounts & Hunter Ranks
When creating an account on DraxRead, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. Hunter Ranks, DraxCoins, and cosmetic unlocks (frames, banners, badges) are non-transferable and associated solely with your personal account.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All comic titles, webtoons, mangas, character art, and translated works hosted or indexed on DraxRead remain the intellectual property of their original creators and publishers. DraxRead operates under fair use guidelines for educational and promotional preview purposes.
4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
You agree not to post abusive, hate speech, explicit spoilers without tags, or spam in community discussion sections. Violations may result in comment moderation, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
5. Virtual Purchases & DraxCoins
Virtual currency (DraxCoin and DraxCoin Gold) purchased or earned through reading missions is non-refundable. DraxCoins can be redeemed exclusively within the DraxRead Shop for avatar frames, banners, and VIP perks.
6. Modifications to Service
DraxRead reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We encourage users to review these terms periodically.
